Hi guys,
I have seen a few coupes with a front lip that molds on to the factory front bumper. I believe it was an oem item. Can you guys tell me anything about it. Can it still be bought and would it fit on a 05 base coupe bumper? Thanks for any input you may have.

 

Finding a factory oem lip now a days is very rare, your best bet is to get the ionic one. Ionic makes very good product that fit like oem. Just check out the link.

I have another question also. Is there two different oem bumpers that could have come on the car. Is there a sport bumper that I hear you guys talking about? Is it different then what comes on a base model.

The sport bumper are only available in the 06+ models

+1 oem lips are so hard to find i only know 1 person that has one in SFL and he doesnt even rock it on his car

and also ionic makes a pretty good product

 

PM IONIC, they're one of the best vendors on DRIVER and there prices are reasonable. If you ask they'll even paint it for ya....

OEM Chin Lip Spoilers are discontinued from Nissan/Infiniti so that's why they are hard to find, splash gaurds are following that path....

Thanks herrschaft, oneup sent that link a little earlier today. Maybe that bumper was just a model year change for 06-07 ?

 

It was standard for the 6MT models and offered as a package for the AT models as well. My coupe is a 06 AT model and it came with the non-sport bumper. This is only for the 06 and 07 models.
