Black G35c 6mt and 350z track pics
I'll post them here when I have time. Need to finish my Stanford application... Sorry, it didn't occur to me that some people weren't with www.my350z.com

The track Z is def. a hot car, and to answer for him why would he trade a G for a Z is simple, people love change and if he's after all out performance the track z def. has it!

The G has cool little touches like: gauges are numbered, spaced, and look much more sophisticated, LED tail lights, leather power seats with very nice Infiniti stitching (not available on Track), heated outside mirrors (N/A on Track), gas cap that opens from the outside and locks like a door, hood is hooked up to alarm, very nice hood blanket, fog lights, 6 cd changer (N/A on Track), the aluminum looking trim which makes it looks a little less boring, audio controls on steering wheel, the Infiniti analog clock, no visible antenna, sunroof.. A few more but those were the things I really liked about it. Plus the overall service of Infiniti is nicer just because it's their "luxury" line. Oh, and the fact that the G35's lights are kind of smoked out looking. The Z projector-esque lights are really nice, but they are really shiny.. Kind of remind me of my mom's 03 Accord at times.. I need to get that fixed by clearcorners.com .. same with the lack of LED tails. I just wish they would have the prices a little cheaper.
I guess you have to give up all those things for the Z, which is a much quicker car with tighter handling. The difference is not felt in power, but how each car drives. I really wish we could keep both, but I guess that just means we'll have two old cars later instead of one. Maybe we'll look at the 2007 GTR later..

those are some killer pictures.
Its kinda funny but I remember how ppl felt that the Z's styling would get "old" and the G would retain its classy subtle looks better.
IMO, seeing the cars side by side - its pretty clear. The Z looks reptilian, sinewy and RET2GO, while the G has a larger, tubby profile. It almost seems to dissapear into an "unidentified japanese coupe" mold.
Its prolly just the black color b/c of the shadows etc.
Either way, great pics of some great cars.
Nissan better change the styling of the GTR! The spy shots of the R35 testing on the "ring" look like a puffy G35...now how is that a good thing.
I thought of holding off on my 997 Cab order - but after seeing that abomination...bring it on!

If change is what you needed, change is what you got.....
