What could my problem be??

so lately my G has been acting up (06 coupe). I cleaned my throttle body and mass airflow sensor and ever since then, it idles higher (about 11 or 1200) and it revs a lot faster yet i have lost a lot of power. When i start the car now, it revs up to about 3 and then slowly goes back down and if i rev it, it takes longer to go back down to idle rpm's. The engine light has come on with the code for "revs higher than normal". Ive tried doing the steps for a re-learn but idk maybe im not doing it right? Ive taken it to a few people and some think it needs a new MAF while other think i must have gotten TB cleaner in the idle control valve. When i accelerate, i don't have near as much power as i should. Its been almost a week now and everytime i clear the CEL, it comes back on after about 30 minutes of driving. What do you think could be the problem?

thanks!

From: Valencia, Ca
SEARCH (idle reset) and them complete. This is a very common issue when you clean TB.
