Depends; What year G35 do you have? If yours is 2005 orlower, you will need more. If it is 2006 or higher, you'll be fine. Good luck replacign it, since clearly you did nto do your research >.>.

Depends on what bulbs you got, and what year your car is. If you didn't get the right bulbs for your year then you aren't set. 10k is so dark and ricey...

Do you know what bulb part number you got? You might not need anything else, actually. I kind of had a brainfart, thinking the reflector headlights didn't have ballasts for HID support.

Should be plug and play no matter what year. The 03-05 uses a D2R while the 06+ uses a D2S

And you should stick with 6000K or less, any more and it gets ricey

OEM/Decent quality affects price. Phillips makes 4300k and 6000k bulbs, and you pay for quality. Once you start buying 8000k, 10000k bulbs from "somewhere" china you are getting lesser quality.

2004 INFINITI G35 (With HID (high intensity discharge) headlamps)

Low beam headlamp
HID-D2R
Also, this site says the same: http://plasmagarage.com/info_InfinitiXenonHIDBulbs.html

And then I read this:
What is D2R, D2S and D2C?
D2R, D2S and D2C are all HID's bulb sizes. D2S bulbs are made for vehicles with projector headlight housings such as BMW 3 Series, Honda S2000. D2R bulbs are made for vehicles with reflector headlight housings such as Lexus IS300, Infiniti G35.

D2C bulbs is a new version invented in Japan. It is universal fit for both D2S and D2R housing.

3 Actual Photos of our D2C bulbs.
So I guess D2C can be used in both?

Well I'm not to sure I checked other places and it said they could but I come to the forums to make sure if the D2C fit or not.

And I don't know if you do or don't need a conversion kit!? Some people say you do some people say its as easy as pluging it in without one?
