G35 Rear Axle nut

Does anyone know where I can buy a g35 rear axle nut?...autozone doesnt have it. I will go to infiniti tomorrow, will they sell it as a separate part?

They should probably have it about 6$ 40262-2Y000 of course you didn't say what year or anything, so I looked up 2003-2006 G35 rear axle nut
