350Z Wheels On 2005 G35 C

A friend has a set of 17" wheels from his 2003 350Z that he may sell. I may use them for winter wheels. I noticed that the they are a 5 X 4.5 bolt pattern while the G35 C, I think, is a 5 X 114.3 bolt pattern. Am I correct about the 2005 G35 Coupe 6mt bolt pattern? Are these sizes identical, and if so, why did they list it differently?

also...114.3mm=4.5in

they fit... i have already ordered mine and they are sittin in the garage... the car is no where to be found though stupid 6mt's. but i called a ton of places and did a lot of research before i ordered them so almost a 100% they fit... if they dont then i got useless 350z wheels sitting in my garage
