Swapping head units

Could I swap this head unit out and have full functionality without having to do any other modifications?

http://charlotte.craigslist.org/pts/2629628055.html

Obviously my car doesn't have navi and I want it but just unsure how this would work. Thanks

Not sure how you'd do the navigation DVD unit which is normally above the glove compartmet... And the voicebox machine thingy normally in the trunk near the OEM Bose amp. It'd be simple for anyone with a slight bit of experience. Just finding somewhere to mount the DVD reader could be tricky. That's all I can help ya with I think.

It says it comes with everything, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

The guy didn't seem to know very much. He said I would need some sort of adapter but I kind of gave up after that lol. I think I'll put my money towards some rims instead of this
