How would these wheels look?

Do you guys think SSR professor SP1's 18x8 with +49 offset would look good on a 04 g35 coupe?

Lower the offset and you're good to go. Personally, I think 18's look really small on G's, but it's not too bad. I"m not too familiar with offsets so I couldn't recommend a specific number, but I do know that +49 is terribly sunken x_x.

Horrible with that offset. I dont think that you will even clear the suspension as they sit now. You would want an offset of around +15

nonono, you are going to need 50mm+ spacers to make that look good! nice wheels but offsets are way off for our cars

That's a nice wheel but you might as well stick with your stockers if your thinking about going with that width and offset.

SP1's are sick a** wheels. Should go a bit more aggressive on the wheels...
