Okay, so my friend just recently got a S2000 and he thinks his bad *** with a honda I still can't figure who would win in a race a S2000 or a G35 I claim the G35 I mean for one it's a bigger engine and more torque .. but he claims his car is lighter?

 

I would think the s2k. Vtec yo.

I've beat several S2K's at the 1/8 mile (while N/A). They are indeed light but they also have no torque.

 

honestly the s2k is faster stock for stock but then again sometimes bad drivers make things worst

 

I would say the s2000 is more of a drivers car, If he knows how to use that 6 speed it would be close. The 1/4 mile times for various model years hovers around the 14 second mark for both.

 

G35 would probably win in a straight race, S2k on the track

 

i think it is a close match s2000 is a little bit faster (not factoring in the skill of the drivers).

i have driven s2000 couple of times. don't really feel the quickness. still like my g35 better.

 

240hp out of a 4-cylinder naturally aspirated small lightweight FR HONDA. C'mon.
