Mustangs are not luxury. G35 looks way better. V6 mustangs are for girls. Bye

Sell the g. Use your few extra "grands" for something useful.

The only Mustangs worth getting are either the Shelby or the new 5.0, anything else is a downgrade IMO.

Leather interior available in either
dual zone climate control in either
Bluetooth availale in Mustang - not my g
back up camera available in Mustang - not my g
Hard disk drive available for music in the mustang - I'm stuck still fighting with a Nissan ipod adapter that's a p.i.t.a. to find and change songs with the factory head unit. The hassle and expense ($1000->$2000) to change over to a double-din headunit I struggle with
Heated seats available in either
Additional sound deadening in the 2011 and up Mustang
traction/stability control in either
G35 coupe is becoming affordable to the "civic crowd". RICE-driven depreciation is inevitable. On the other hand, Mustangs have been around forever, and one almost never sees a Mustang riced-out. There is that "Redneck Factor" to overcome with the Mustang, to be certain.

Basically the 2011 Gt has all the interior features I have in my '04 coupe, plus equivalent fuel economy, a better entertainment package, and 50% more horsepower and torque. Okay, there's no sunroof available for the Mustang, but that glass roof is interesting.

I wish Infiniti wouldn't have f'd up the styling of the G coupe when the G37 came along. I simply don't like it, so it's tough to see that as my next car. Plus the 330-hp VQ has less appeal when compared to the 412+ hp 5.0 v-8 in the Mustang.

I don't mind the styling of the Mustang - though I think I still prefer the G35 coupe. That's really the only saving grace now for my G - that plus the overall economy and the fact that my car probably still has 100,000 trouble-free miles in its future.

All that said, there's no way I'd swap my G35 coupe for a v-6 Mustang.

Infiniti really needs to get off their *** and re-style the G37 and throw in the vk56 or something similar.
Let me echo that sentiment. The G37 looks just like a lot of other ***/Korean cars now. I much prefer my 2005 to anything Infiniti puts out today. It's lost it's "edge". When the G came out there was NOTHING like it, now it's just another import luxocruiser.

Now if I could put my 05' body on a 2012 sedan.....

I drove an '08 Mustang GT (manual) when it first came out for about 6 months (summer here). While the car is very fun to drive the thrill only lasted for about the first month. I felt the car had very cheap interior, it feels like everything is plastic. The way you sit in the car can be uncomfortable on longer trips. The stock audio is wayyyy better in the G. And every 18 year old kid and their dad going through their mid-life crisis has a mustang. I think you will be happier getting a job for that extra $.

thanks!

You guys are all good people thanks a lot!! Yeah most defiantly not going to get a mustang honestly, I test drove one and the driving on em are great but the interior indeed not so much, so overall come to think of it the G coupe is a nicer car then the ford mustang entitling my own opinion thanks again guys!

why in the world would you consider a mustang over a STI? especially a V-6 model at that.. smh..

the fact that you consider the STI "RICE" as compared to a piece of junk domestic V-6 is just.. wow.

AND you were going to totally downgrade from a G35 to a mustang.. AND you think that a G37 is ugly.. people these days.

STI is ugly, and riced out, and no not gonna downgrade anymore was asking for opinions, and the G37 does look ugly compared to the G35
