Driver's door lock/escutcheon coming out.. fix?

My driver's side door lock is coming out... Here's how it hangs:

And here is how it looks if I pull it out slightly:

I can't just push it back in. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is wrong?

Not sure. Maybe taking off the door panel would help (they are not very hard to remove).

there should be a torx bolt holding the lock assembly in place. you should be able to see it if you open the door and look above the door latch assembly. if it is missing, you need to replace it.

This happened on my passenger side and im assuming its the same on the driver side. I circled where the screw was on mine, and the arrow is where you should put your screw driver in to screw in the screw.

Thanks, I'll take a look to see if the torx bolt is missing!
