While spoilers help some cars at normal freeway speeds, in fact, some cars are down right scary to drive on the freeway without a spoiler, G35s are stable enough to not need a spoiler until you reach well above the 100s.

Really? Really?

To answer your original question. Yes you can remove it. Yes it will leave holes which you would need a shop to fill and paint if you want it to look like there were no holes in the first place. Suggested alternative is to find a spoilerless trunk to for sale or trade with someone

Look for a wingless trunk at market place. Tastes differ so there are people looking to trade their wingless trunk with one that has an OEM spoiler. swap is easy and might be your best option

I love women more than most but why would you let one convince you that you need to remove a spoiler that Nissan designed with a purpose? You drive a luxury sport coupe, enjoy!

Why would you let anyone (and I love women almost as much as Gary loves the SEARCH button), tell you what to do.

Including us.

Then again, you're probably under 20... so you'll be doing some seriously stupid **** for women for quite a few years to come, if this is any indication.

Take it off, just be careful. Then prepare to be disappointed in the ******* you DON'T get from her for taking it off.

Pretty sure a spoiler isn't required to open and close the trunk

wow. This thread is kinda ridiculous...I'm a girl, and there's a spoiler on my ride. And I like it that way. And it sure as hell isn't trying to look sporty, it IS sporty!

If I knew who this girl was.... I would have her to tell you to give me your car.

Keep it on.... but if you really want to take it off, then go to the marketplace and look for someone who's willing to swap trunks. IMO that is the easiest way.
