Spoiler falling off

I just Notice that my wing is loose from the left side. U can lift it a little bit. U can see the adhesive stripe with no adhesive obviously...

does any one knows where to get that adhesive stripe or how to fix it urself instead of taking it to the body shop....

Seems like a fairly easy fix.... but want to make sure nothing unexpected happens.

Well, you can likely find 3M adhesives at your local everywhere. The stuff has been trustworthy for me, thus far. Even in heavy rain and grueling (to me, grueling is 90°F) heat.

There are some plastic fittings too on the right corner they are not screws... but some plactic white things... i dont know if those are for support or guidance only...

does this sound familiar?

I'm not sure what it looks like under there; I've only seen pictures. Do you know how long you've been driving around with it like this? I feel like you're safe with just the 3M adhesive, and would use the white tabs as guidance. If they look broken, they were probably for support. If you want to be super careful, you can go under your trunk lid, remove the lining on the inner-top side of it, and see if you can screw in anything for stability, or even make your own holes (just be careful).

Or just wait for a real answer, because I can't be 100% about anything I've said so far >____>

Good luck~

They don;t look broken just worn out... I'll try to take a pic... but the access and visibility is very limited.

Make sure you're not opening your trunk by lifting on the spoiler!

There are screws that are mainly used for actual attachment. At least that's what I saw when I got mine installed. 3M tape will work, but you want to make sure there's not a gap between the trunk and the spoiler or water will build up under there.
