Aftermarket End links

i just researched and read through the aftermarket endlink thread in the tech area but just need confirmation if the newer '06 endlinks would be ok to get for my situation.

so..
2003 5AT coupe, rear endlinks are bad. some track use not a lot.

Planning to get sway bars at some point, haven't researched much about that but from what i know we already have one in the back, i just need to get one in the front?(am i right?) does that make a difference?

Never going to lower the car so are the newer '06 endlinks ok to get? should i replace the fronts and back at the same time?

anyone have a part number?

oh and also does changing these have any effect on the alignment as i am going to get one soon anyways so should i wait till after changing them to get one or is it ok to get one now?

I had to replace my '04 end links and went with the '06 ones and haven't had a problem. I don't run aftermarket sways though. I think that's when you may run into durability issues. Endlinks shouldn't have an effect on the alignment but I would wait just in case.

Sway bars are arguably the best bang for the buck mod you can do. They completely change the handling/driving dynamics of the G. The upgraded 05+ endlinks will be perfectly fine for your car. I have 100K on mine (05) and have been significantly dropped for over a year and a half and the ELs are just now needing to be replaced, fronts are going bad, but the rears are fine. I also have sways so there's a lot of unplanned stress on the suspension. Since you track occasionally you HAVE to get sways, you'll be blown away by the difference they make. You could look at aftermarket ELs, but the OEMs are so much cheaper I'd just go that route. I also suggest replacing both the front and rear at the same time.

$20 per endlink is the right price for factory endlinks. Those are the correct ones.
