Well it's no flippin' picnic on my end either. 2 weeks, no G and it would have been "our" first Christmas together...

To stay on topic, I vote again for Laser Red. If you must choose between black and white, choose white. It's easier to put a clear bra on (shows less imperfections), appears to stay cleaner longer and heat is less of a factor.

Well my original question was actually:

So I wasn't asking what everyone which color is better. I already know I prefer black. I was asking whether the "oreo crumble" thing I've heard about is bad enough for me to go with my second choice, white.

Thanks, merry Christmas.

What's also cool, is when the sun goes down, you seem to forget about all the imperfections in a black car.

Well, the urethane front bumper is black before it is painted, so if you had a black car and had stone chips on the bumper...

The hood and front 1/4 panels are aluminum. They show through with a silver/grey color at every stone chip location. Stone chips are very apparent on black and almost as prevalent on white. If you like black better you might as well get it. A silver colored vehicle would be the BEST CHOICE as far as stone chips are concerned. Thank God for touch up paint...

Merry Christmas to you too!

IMO black is very nice but way too hard to keep clean. I love laser red for lots of reasons and for resale, red tops all colors. Proof? Go to Edmunds car appraiser (link below setup for '04 g coupe) and change color keeping all else equal. Note, select "red" and NOT dark red (03 color). They actually deduct for white!
