bought dark tan deep style rubber floormats at Target. Nice heavy set of 4. $30. I believe you can get all weather mats from Infiniti but I didn't even check because I'm guessing they would be more like $30 each. They work great and look just fine.

i got the all season mats. they work great, they are alittle whiter than the wheat tho, but i rather get them rugged up instead of my carpeted floormat. they cost like 60 bucks .

They sell clear mats for our cars that let the insignia on the real mats show through.....I think they are about $65 a set

I think I found what you want

I don't think Infiniti sells them, but I'm sure you can find them at most aftermarket supply places on the net.

CHECK HERE FOR THE MATS

I think this will get you started.....
hope this helps you out....Peace

The best mats I've found are "ExactMats" (clear, custom, durable vinyl mats that go over carpeted mats); I got mine from dealer. Here's info.
http://www.exactmats.com/extreme.html Trust me, you'll love them. I'm as picky as they come.

On the flip side, if you do go w/ just the carpetted w/o worrying about a protective layer on top, would there be a cleaning method that can restore it to new? (like steam cleaning) or once it's dirty it's gonna be that way?

Dawn and scrub brush worked well for me. After cleaning, use ScothGuard for additional protection.

I bought some cheap clear mats from PepBoys for like $4 each and they work fine for now. They slide around a little bit but not that bad. My advice is not to buy the dealer mats as they are way overpriced, check out your local auto stores first.

I totally agree with scotchguarding. I do the interior carpets and matts. Cleans up easy. I use rubber winter for the messy season.

I could never find clear mats that were durable, custom fit and held in place until ExactMats. Saving $40+ to get inferior mats that cheapened my $30K+ g was not for me.

Well the reason I bought the cheapest I could find was because I don't use them year-round, only a short time during the winter when it snows. I like the look and feel of the carpet better
