I'm officially a G owner!! I love it!! 2006 6mt coupe Laser Red... Picked it up yesterday! Its got 68k miles. These forums are great! Tons of info, not enough time to read it all!! First mod I purchased, JDM fluid cover!

There are a few things i'm researching... The metallic rattle on acceleration at around 2000-2500 RPM, and the awful rattle when the engine is shut down! From what I read its all normal, but it just doesn't sound right... I think its still under warranty. Should I take it in before it expires? and I'm definetly gonna check the rear plugs for oil later this week.

Any feedback??

No- if you have a warranty, you should drive it like you stole it until the warranty is definitely expired. Once it is expired, and you have discovered issues, you can then complain and decry the Gods for smiting you with bad car luck.

Just kidding. Welcome to the forums and ownership- and yes... if your car is having problems and there is a warranty, you should definitely take it in to get checked out.
