i dont have rasp.... but ive heard lots of berks owners complain of rasp.
the only thing you hear is the awesomeness of your motordyne exhaust paired up with the art pipes making some beastly noise from the g's loins!!
the only way you shouldnt get this set up is if you dont wanna roll like a boss and jizz your pants every time you start it up and hit WOT.
I turn the car on and it definitely returns the favor...giggity!!!

Obviously, it doesn't all flow like this; the pipes match up. I just laid it out like this with the limited space I had on the floor.

I agree that the Motordyne is the better choice, though. But it does cost more, and the performance difference is moot. Either way, you're going to be happy. I don't think you'll be disappointed with either one, like someone else mentioned.
Edit:
ACTUALLY, now that I remember, let me state that ARK does not give you enough gaskets and nuts/bolts/washers... The extension makes you use an extra set. And for those of you who don't know why there are extensions, it's because the exhaust is compatible with the 350Z, which is shorter in length. It is rather annoying of ARK, so if you do buy from them, make sure you ask them about that. Also, one out of two hangers on the right side of the exhaust doesn't match up. I only could get one to fit, but honestly, that was good enough. The exhaust doesn't touch the bumper at all; pretty much a perfect fit other than that hanger. Or maybe I'm just retarded.

I put the extensions AFTER the midpipe... Honestly, I didn't even think about it. Now I'm kinda scared lol, but it's been fine so far. If you look on the right half of my pictures, you can see the midpipe is different; it is shaped to avoid a bar on the underside. I think if you put the extensions before that, it won't work out as well.
I tried lining up the extensions after the mid pipe and it didn't seem to fit properly. so i called Ark and they suggested before the mid pipe. they said that if you put them before the mid pipe, you get a deeper tone.
I put mine before the mid pipe like they said. and i've had like 4 fitment issues so far lol.
The big resonators in the middle of the mid pipe after the X pipe touch my V brace, so i had to flatten it down a little. I think when i get my Art pipes I'm going to move the extensions behind the mid pipe.
Perhaps I'm using the wrong terminology. The resonators are part of the entire Ypipe, no? I thought the midpipes were just the two pipes after that. (the two I laid beside the resonators). I put the extensions on the very end, right before the muffler tip pipes. Either way, I'm getting perfect fit underneath, other than what seems to be a misplaced hanger, so...

Let me try again.
Ark suggests putting the extensions before the Y pipe. I put mine there. Now i have fitment issues.
I'm going to put my extensions right after my Y pipe (before the mid pipes) when i put my arts on. Ark says that you get a deeper tone when the extensions are before the Y pipe (right behind the cats).
I've never even heard of anyone putting the extensions right behind the mufflers lol. whatever works though. That'll explain your misplaced hanger. I assume that's the one on the drivers side mid pipe since it's pushed back farther.
EDIT:
Just read your edit. If you move the extensions behind the Y pipe, or before the y pipe. all your hangers will line up. mine do.

I have the Motordyne TDX2 titanium Harakiri exhaust which looks by far better than the normal TDX2 and the ARK exhaust and sounds much much more better than ARK's and the Normal TDX2 but if you want quality and real horsepower numbers, go with Motordyne Its been proven by import tuner mags and most of the G35driver members here plus adding ART pipes complement each other thus adding more power as well.. ARK just sounds like any other After Market exhaust on the Market,Motordyne doesn't. Motordyne almost carries the note of a Ferarri.. With a Deeper toned rather than the Slight High pitch tone it has..
Again maybe is because I have the V1 but i don't have fitment issues.... and i have the extension before the x pipe meaning after the cats. Its where its supposed to go.
^^ as for the last response no sound altering device will get a Japanese v6 that revs to 7k to sound like an Italian v12 revving to 9k. Poor comparison imo. And u are entitled to ur opinions well, but you are the first person to reference the Arks sound as something common, just sayin...

Here's a video of the TDX v2 with ART pipes:
TDX V2 w/ LTH
Alpa and I are going to make a video of his exhaust. Stay tuned

P.s. Tony, (i.e. The Owner/Designer/Engineer) from Motordyne is a ACTUAL rocket scientist. Soo... A rocket scientist designed this exhaust. Nuff said!
