Alignment Warranty 12 mo. / 12k mi.

So has anyone brought their G in for this 12 mo. / 12k. mile alignment warranty? I searched and found one other member on this board who had it done so I want to confirm if any others had it done as well. I need to do it soon as it's approaching the 12 months period.

BTW, I was just browsing the Infiniti Warranty Information Booklet and found this so if it's a repost, sorry. But maybe for those who didn't bother reading that booklet, get your free alignment done before it's too late!

Yes it should be free but I'm not for certain since I haven't brought it in yet. As long as it's before 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) after the purchase of your vehicle you should be eligible if your alignment needs to be adjusted. Might as well take advantage of it since it's there.

Yeh, it's worth getting the warranty book out periodically to brush up on warranties and freebies. There's some eye openers in there for sure.

Yes, adjustments are free until either 12k or 12mo. Mine has been pulling to the right slightly since I took delivery a few months ago, but have been too lazy to make an appt until just last week =)

I took my Coupe in to have the alignment checked at ~10K miles. It was off slightly, but they dialed it back to spec.

The dealer (Metro Infiniti - Monrovia, CA) was really cool about it and did not attempt to charge me.

Good luck!

anyone know if tire kingdom can do alignments on the G's? I used to have that "all you can eat" tire alignment plan on my old car. It was a great deal for the 3 or 5 year plans.

just go to Firestone....$99 and it gets you "LIFETIME WARRANTY"....when I had my Lexus IS300, I took it in every month, since it was dropped and I had no camber kit on it....it actually gave me more mileage on the tires...

Definitely not . You tampered with the suspension and that means you're suspension is no longer under warranty too.

They do in fact still would align it if your car is dropped. I dropped my Accord and paid for the lifetime alignment on it. They even know that I dropped it and tampered with the suspension. Just as long as they can get the car on the machine, then they will align it for you.
