If you're going to do springs and shocks, just go the coilover route. you'll be a lot happier if you do down the road and it should only cost you a couple hundred more $$$.

"Nice" coupe! Congratulations and Welcome to DRIVER... Upgrades, synthetic fluids along with clear sides will make your coupe happy and make those orange sides disappear during the day. If you intend to lower your G, coilovers are the right way to go keeping in mind you'll also need a complete camber kit to bring alignment back to OE specs. "Good Luck" with your new ride!

Yeah, I was reading that they have alignment issues at stock height anyways so I figured this would need to be done. I've owned a few modded cars (mostly honda's) so this won't be to different.

welcome fellow DG brother... Other easy and not so expensive upgrades are a Z-Tube upgrade and also installing a Motordyne Plenum Spacer. I did mine and loved the results!!
