Identify This Part!

I found this lying around in my engine bay. looks like its coming from the headlights and my lowbeams dont work.. is there part of it? thanks

My guess: connects to low beam HID ballast

WHY do people even bother with low-resolution photos? He actually had to take time to make it small, and we can't see ****! Just leave it high res!

Not surprised your low beams don't work! Keeping it unplugged would be the only solution.

i got the car like that it has no low beam bulbs so im sorry my real question was if i get an HID kit it will connect to this right? then i can use the low beams?
