If it were between the stock 18" wheels, or the ones currently on the car in the pictures which would you guys recommend? I have thought about selling both and buying a different set but that honestly sounds like too much work. This obviously will not be a garage beauty. I am going to put some miles on it. The tune seems mild enough that I expect plenty of reliability out of this car... hopefully.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
I would put the stock 18s back on. They look a lot better than the wheels on the ride and will clear your BBK no problem.

I love my '05 19" Rays... but I gotta say I do like the look of those wheels on your car. Everyone always goes for same set of 3 or 4 Wheel styles... yours break that mold. If you ever decide to sell them I may be interested. What size are they?

Thanks Triple. They are
Front 20" MRR GT 5 20x8.5 +35 With a 245/35/20 Toyo Proxes 4
Rear 20" MRR GT 5 20x10 +30 With a 255/35/20 Toyo Proxes 4

I have a pretty even mix of people who like them, and people who do not and depending on the angle I look at, sometimes I love them, sometimes I hate them. I have about 3 months before it is out of storage to decide what I want to do. Hard to want to change when the rubber is at 85% and the car handles great.

Dude the brakes and the coilovers and painted Body pieces the previous owner could easily have spent 5k alone. Good find right there. Throw those ugly wheels on CL, rock the stocks until you can afford something a little better. And trust me, waiting while your car is in storage is brutal, but think of all the bullsh1t that would be sittin on your paint and up underneath your new baby. This is my third winter of storage and I'm finally starting to accept it. (not to mention I bought a WRX for the winter so I'm Havin just as much fun in the snow).

I have the G37/370z upgrade kit on my car. They fit with the 19's no problem. I have heard that with the 18's you need to run spacers to clear the calipers but I am not 100% on that. BTW Nice ride man, very clean!!

Well I had the stock rims lying around but they were pretty ugly. Went ahead and painted them. What do you think?

Awesome buy. I've been looking for (3) months now, and still have not found one I've wanted to buy. Your purchase has everything I wanted. Most importantly, the price I wanted! If you have any other cars you have found w/these mods and same price range - PM me. Where did you find this one?

Any thoughts here about the transmission inquiry? I would be interested in reading some of the comments about this.
