Should I be worried? *weird noise*

This noise has been coming from my undercarriage whenever I turn off my car. I can't say it happens all the time because I don't listen for it all the time, and I'm sure there are times when it doesn't do it. I don't know what triggers it. It almost always comes from either the passenger or drivers side undercarriage (might be a little above the undercarriage, whatever that might be). Hopefully you guys can help me out in deciphering what it is, or if it's happened to you. It sounds like either metal clinking, or something leaking. Here's a clip.

*ignore camera movemet etc. I wasn't trying to record anything but the sound. Also please disregard ambient noise and try and focus on the clinking/leaking sound*

That's just the normal noise that cars make when you shut them off and the metal is expanding/contracting as a result of the heat dissipation. Pretty much all cars do it when they're piping hot and you shut them off. Definitely don't worry about that noise. The radiators in houses with baseboard-water heat do the same thing when the heat first turns on or turns off, as the metal in the radiators expands and contracts.

I'm surprised you haven't heard this noise before on other cars. Maybe you just care more about the G35 than your previous cars, so you notice it and pay more attention?

Sounds fair. LOL. But in all honestly the G is MY first car. My parents have a benz and I've never noticed it on their. Probably cuz it isn't as loud. But yes, I do baby my G :P

I've noticed this same noise on mine as well as previous vehicles after being driven hard. Normal. No worries. Drive on.
