Four tail light
The link in the second post is a more clean look, but looks pretty labor intensive.
^ That's what I'm thinking as well. I find it highly unlikely that simply rewiring the lights achieves the same dual rings look that G2FLIP4 and others have put so much work into.
I'm pretty sure the turn signal is a bulb and not a ring. As far as the JDM, I think you're missing the point of having four round lights on at night.
If you actually want 4 distinct rings, then no, the method I posted is not what you want.
Just wanting to clear this up.
Actually it is that simple...
You need to get a harness for a dual filiment bulb, and a set of 7443 bulbs ( if memory serves me on the bulbs correctly ).
Clip the old harness out and remove the bulb socket.
Wire the turn signal part of the bulb back in, and use the side socket for power to the 2nd filiment...
Total cost was less than $20 for 2 sockets and the bulbs.

Any details on where I can purchase the parts necessary?
Not by any means does it give the 4 "ring" look... but then again, the op was asking about having all 4 lights on, not 4 distinctive rings... hence my reply.

Also, the new harness will not be an exact match for the "keying" when you insert it to the taillight. It will fit, and seal, but it's not a direct match.
interesting idea. i wouldnt do it myself tho. but u can also rewire it with out a new bulb holder, if u dont mind instead of the bulb getting brighter, it just turns off. im sure its possible.
Excellent. I know where I'll be doing me Christmas shopping.
If I just rewire without a new harness, the turn signal bulb will be much brighter then the LED ring...unless I replace the turn signal bulb with a bulb of less wattage, I'm guessing. That would also mean no rear turn signal.
You would need a constant on power source, and then a relay system to break the contacts when the turn signal is on... ( IE: the bulb would be on a NC ( normally closed ) contact, then the contacts would open to shut the bulb off )...
