I have read that spraying some "break free" or "liquid wrench" on the header bolts will help the header flanges release, should i spray the sensors as well? any other tips would be great, thanks!! i really dont wanna break the sensors off, or round the heads.

BTW... kudos to MD ..the pipes look beautiful, job very well done. I hope they fit as good as they look.

 

Get an o2 socket, this way you wont damage the sensor.
