My bud with acura tl-s disconnected some module on his car and then drove around real hard so it would re-program after the breakin period. Does this make any sense to you?
Do we have this adaptive capapbility?

I got ahold of my bud, he got this from his acura site, he says
ecu learns your driving style and during break-in thinks you are a granny, after break-in, he says disconnect fuse, pump breaks to re-set, then drive like "maniac" so that it optimizes air/fuel and ignition settings to your style.
What do you guys think?

From what I've learned I think we do. I used to do this to my Z and it performs better after doing so. I did this to my G and the engagement of the clutch was different.
Best time to do this is when you place performance mods in your car.
gotta go back to work, laters!
- Don't argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.=P-
