Do you actually have solid plans on getting the turbo kit, or are you "eventually" getting one? Im no expert with turbochargers, but don't they replace the headers....? Oil and tranny coolers would help.

Roy...
The exhaust, headers and manifold are a good idea, (going FI) you can kick the rest of that crap under the table. Light weight pulleys have caused issues with our VQ engines in the past. With the Kinetix I don't believe you need a spacer since it should correct Nissan's design error. After you get everything installed you'll need a Osiris dyno tune, (not a chip) well worth the cost!

Have you researched the Turbonetics kit yet? And you're going to risk buying an Ebay turbo kit for 1K.

There's some good points in the below thread from people who know more about forced induction. But hey, if you still want to experiment with your car then go for it.

Stay away from eBay kits. Expect to spend $5k-$10k, depending if you're buying new or used, on your build. And that's if you're keeping the stock block.

Well this quickly went from a possible FI build thread to the typical "What mods should I buy for my coupe?" thread.....
