First time posting on here just got my new G35 coupe white 1 week ago needed help with the navigation its broken and yes I knew before I bought it it stays in one spot when i turn on the car it does't pop up just stays in the same spot and is black screen any idea what might be wrong and if its fully broken could i go into infinity dealership and ask them to put a new one in any ideas how much it would cost?

Sounds like the motor inside of it is broken. Your best bet is to find a junk'd G35 with navi and pull that old one out and put it in your car if you want to fix it. If you want infiniti to do it for you, it might be somewhere around $1,000 parts and labor. Good Luck!
