My 2004 coupe just hit 167K this month after sitting in the driveway for year. For fun, this photo was taken at 123456 miles in November of 2012.

November 11, 2012 - I hit 123456 miles on the G35.

I currently have 189,000 on my 2007 G35, and it is still running strong. Change the oil every 5000 mile religiously, using full synthetic.

Diamond Graphite - stock except for Borla Exhaust and my trusty Michelins
silver 03 - 172,000 change oil every 2000 miles at this stage of the game and refused to ever run synthetic through her

old fashioned I guess but she is good to me

Every 2000 really seems like overkill, unless you only put 2,000 miles on it every 6 months. The manual says 3,750, which is really 4k. With some synthetics you can go 10k, dyno oil can go for 5k.

I have to top mine off so often lately that I just change it every 8k or so just to change the filter, lol.

Maybe overkill but I changed it religiously every 3K until she hit 150,000 miles then started changing more often as I drive HARD and she is getting up there (daily driver)

Only ever ran conventional 5-30 Castrol GTX

As we speak I'm waiting for a tow truck - either the rear is blown or it is the driveshaft - she got me safe to work though (albeit slowly the last part of the drive)

Wish her luck
