Good thing they didn't screw you at the dealership like they did to me. They're a bunch of idiots at Tustin Infiniti, that's why I ended up going to Mission Viejo...

BASE ACURA TLX NOW WANT A G35 AGAIN THOUGH
DANNY...welcome to the club...!!!
Getting a lot of looks when people roll up next to you now huh!
Get used to it...It's been like that for me ever since I got mine in April...Every day people come up to me and give me the thumbs up...If i'm cruising in SF other drivers roll up next to me with the thumbs up!!! C'mon I'm sure this has happened to other members...I even had a hottie come up to my passenger side door at like 2 am on a saturday...dancing next to my ride when I was thumping TIESTO's "Walking on Clouds" track...damn it should've given her a ride..and no she wasn't "WORKING"...LOL

I like that I-POD setup...where can I get that connector and how much was it?

Here's a pic of my set up...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

(PS) Was it the last IP w/NAVI the dealer had?

Meh, I'm not that big of a fan of the OEM spoiler, which is why I didn't get it

The MR2 is still around, its just going to be a dedicated track/show car now. The G35 will be my daily driver. I'm going to build the MR2 motor now that I don't have to worry about down time. Hopefully I can finish the MR2 motor by summer, but with car payments it makes modding a little more difficult. I'm shooting for at least 450hp @ the wheels on the MR2. Once I do that, the MR2 will be complete, then time to mod the G35, but until then it will remain mostly stock.

Yea, I get a lot of attention in the G, its nice. But I'm used to it, I got a lot of attention in the MR2 also. I got the DLO All-In-One. Its a dock, FM transmitter and charger. Its decent, obviously direct wiring would sound better, which is what I would recommend since you have an aftermarket HU. I had it wired into the MR2, sound is so much better than FM. But this will due for now, the best thing I like about it is it charges it and it give me a place to put the iPod while I'm using it. I got it for $100 from the Applie store, Target has it for $90 shipped.

I actually just ordered the car at Tustin, they didn't have it in stock and had to ship it from somewhere in NorCal. This was 1 of the last 2 '04 G35's with the options I mentioned: Ivory Pearl, Graphite interior, 6MT and navigation.

I ended up paying just over 36k for it.

I'm actually not from OC, I'm from Pasadena. I can do my own service/repairs so the only time the G will see the dealer is for warrenty work or if I'm too lazy to wash it
