I have a 06 G35 and the past owner tried putting in the OEM navigation system and dvd player in, when it didnt come with it from the factory. From what ive been reading, it's really hard to actually get this hooked up and working unless you give your life savings to Infiniti...That being said, I think I want to switch it out for just the top compartment piece.


Does anyone know where I can get this piece? Im hoping to stay away from ebay (bad experience).
What pieces do I have to remove to sell my nav?

Why dont you get an aftermarket DD radio and use the factory screen for a rear view camera or something? If not just gut the nav stuff, sell it and then order the cubby hole from the dealer. Oc infiniti can prob help you out, that's an easy part to describe.
