Looks like a different agreement. I suspect you completed it when you put in your order. Sounds binding to me. Read every word on it to be sure. The center console isn't considered an option so shouldn't be noted as a specific 'item'. I was concerned about the same thing when I got on the list to put in an order but, as you can tell, my agreement has holes in it. I'll be more careful when getting to the ordering stage. Happened to me too, and they are charging for the splash guards and trunk mat, which are "stipulated" that all cars come ordered with. Anyways, the sales manager said he'd work with me, we'll see when my car actually arrives and I can work out the details then. Let me know how it goes with everyone else.
The $150 isn't that much in the greater scheme of things, but its the principle that is important here.

Just picked up my car last Friday, and the price increase was not passed along to me. Even my window sticker reflected the old price - I suspect the dealer's invoice did too.
If the window sticker on your car doesn't even have the price increase, it's probably reasonable not to expect to pay it.

Hey! I've been an avid reader of this forum and just got my Coupe last week. (More about that on other posts.) I also picked up a sour taste in my mouth over the trunk mat fiasco.
When I ordered my coupe I confirmed that the price (MSRP) included all the BS that dealers try to gouge you with: polishes, undercoats, and MATS. He assured me it was all included. So when the car came in, SURPRISE...an extra $70 for the trunk mat.
When I pushed back, he checked with his sales manager, and cheerfully announced when he returned that "it was taken care of". Then I notice he's carrying the trunk mat on his back and throws it on the friggin' floor!! You'd think for a $30K+ car they'd at least avoid a potential ****#d off customer by giving me the stinkin' mat.
Do you think I was expecting too much (given it's a hot car)?
By the way, I got the $150 price increase, too, and I don't have mud guards.

So far I haven't heard from the salesman, I think he realized how silly it was for him to even bring up te $150....or maybe they'll hit me with it when I go pick up the car (end of May). We'll see what happens.
And, the $150 becomes more then that once interest rate and financing over the loan period is generated from that "small amount".

i don't exactly remember what my dealer said but she says that it's not for the armrest... she said it had to do with something about the delivery charges? i don't know, but then again dealers sometimes don't know ****.
