So I bought my g35 christmas eve last year. I had my car about 3 1/2 weeks then it broke. I took it to the dealership and was told that the something in the transmission had broke , the flywheel needed to be replaced and the clutch . I do not beat on my car at all so I know I didn't cause this to happen in the 3 1/2 weeks I've owned it. Has anyone else had problems with there g's like I have had with mine ? Needless to say they put a new transmission , flywheel and clutch in my car and I got it back last night . I started driving home the 2 1/2 hr drive and the check engine light came on .... Super mad at this point so I stopped shut the car off walked away for a few then started it up and the light was out ....

 

Do you have any more information? What exactly is it that broke? I can't think of a single part that would break that would require replacing EVERYTHING.

 

BTW, what symptoms does/did it have? What made you want to bring it to the dealer in the first place?

 

You would be in the car and you could feel the tranny shaking and making noises . Shifted funny also I took it to the dealership and they are the ones that said everything needed to be replaced I said alright and they paid for it all
