Collision damage~!
They can't do that to you. You have the right to tell them you want OEM parts only for the repairs. They're doing LKQ parts because they are far cheaper (in cost and quality) so they have to pay out less. Your car will have diminished value already due to the accident. They're making it even worse by putting knock-off parts on. Put your foot down. Let the left one touch the right one and show them you got a pair.
Check your quarter panel and the right bumper support to see if they are damaged also. If the bolts are pulling out of the trunk lid, that may need to be replaced along with the spoiler. Definitely need brand new tail light and bumper. $2100 seems low.
I was recently rear ended and had to replace the bumper, bumper support, left tail light, trunk lid, and repair the quarter panel. The final price including labor and paint was $4100. The trunk lid and tail light was OEM, but the bumper was "Same Quality" as OEM. I think they found a used OEM bumper. Can't really tell the difference after they finished. The guy that hit me was uninsured, so my insurance had to pay for the repair. I didn't want to go ape sh*t on the replacement parts because it was my insurance company that's paying. I think you should ask for brand new OEM parts instead of reconditioned parts. It wasn't your fault. Also, you don't have to go to their recommended shop. Find the one you like and have it fix there.
