Looking at a g35 coupe, opnions

Hello

My name is Kevin, I currently have an evo x but ready to go to something a little more settle and luxury while saving some $, and I found this nice 06 g35 here locally and it looks like a great deal, already worked numbers and would be paying $280ish a month for 60 months on this, big decrease from my evo. *It's only $21k and only has 12k miles!! Has premium package and sport package, so fully loaded. Told it was a local older lady who didn't drive it much. Here's autotrader link:

Only problems I noticed where the driver's side window doesn't fully go up, after closing the door. *Like when you first open the door, the window drops a tad and when it closes again, it goes fully up. *The passenger side works but not driver. *I read theres a way to reset the motor, would that fix it?

The other problem was it has its fair amount of scratches and scuffs on it, which I can deal with, maybe use scratch remover stuff, but it has one ugly scuff on the back bumper, heres a pic:

I guess it's not a big deal, shouldn't be hard to repair at a shop right?
And it has those little extension things going across the side on the door, can those just pop off easily? cause I don't like them lol. Or is there like holes behind them?

Otherwise its nice, clean interior, low miles, like the color. *Already have mods in mind, like trading trunks for an 03-05 with the bigger lip spoiler (so anyone in san antonio or such who has diamond graphite/03-05 spoiler and wants an 06 spoiler, hit me up )

Otherwise I'd get a flat black grille, black wheels, 6000k hid bulbs, do some interior leds and maybe exhaust, then be done ha

Nice low mileage '06 coupe! I'd find out what it would cost to have the window fixed and a complete detail (remove all those scratches) and deduct the cost from the asking price....I'd buy it!

Thanks for the reply. Ya I'm thinking I'm gonna tell them to knock a grand off for the damage and problem. They said they'd fix the window so maybe on that form where they write what they owe me I'll make them put fix window.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to hopefully come home with it!

Good luck with the purchase, but please DON'T HURRY. Examine the car thoroughly. Make sure it is *yours*

Nah last two cars I've owned were sedans, ready to be in a coupe again.

But update. Im in the process of buying it now. Dealer is gonna fix the body damage, fix the driver window, get a new battery, renewing Texas safety inspection, plus full tank of gas. Gonna leave it till its fixed and will take it home hopefully this week sometime or so.

Can't wait till its all up and ready to go so I can drive it. Really excited it only has 12000 miles on it.
Going to get my own oil change done ASAP and give it a full wipe down, then mods will begin ha

Another ? I tried searching but really couldn't find what I wanted, I want to get the 03-05 spoiler, if I bought one does it install right on where the 06 spoiler was? I'm gonna also put in Texas thread/classifieds if anyone in San Antonio or surrounding that would trade trunks
