Tail-Light Overlays, Color-matched

Ok, so you all are familiar with the "Blue-batmobile" taillight overlays, right?

Well i was wondering what you guys think about color matching them to the car? in theory it'd look pretty cool to me.

I have a DG could and I don't think it would look good personally. I would stick with black tint overlays or nothing at all.

It really comes down to your taste. It's your car, so make it look the way you want it to. I have seen a few coupes on the forums with body painted overlays on the tails and I can say they look pretty nice.

It's been done....they just use vinyl instead of the transparent tint film. Unless you're talking about a color matched transparent tint film. Looks ricey imo.

Eh, I don't like it at all. I think it looks weird.

Stick with plain tails or regular tint, imo.

Well originaly my girlfirend had this exact same car. i bought these for her as a gift. and she ended up trading it in b4 i got em on. so, oddly enough, i ended up with the exact same car down to the color. so i have these sitting around, and i might as well use them. i like the tails on my friends r33 that is silver so i figured these might look decent.

mine have only 3 holes. the squares on the sides would be covered, as well as the smaller cluster of circles in the center. Im going to try it out and see if i like it. After-all its just vinyl, it peels right off.

I've noticed that when I first did it, I liked it alot...

Lately though, I've been missing the red.
