I recently bought an 03 G35 coupe DG and the previous owner has the aftermarket double din center console. When I went to swap the decks out I noticed that the thin strip that goes above the deck and navi had all the tabs broken off and was held in with tape. Where can I find a new one or replacement Googled all kinds of thing and can't seem to find it. Will I have to pay $50 to the dealer to get this part??

Just save you're self the money and just tape it back up!

 

the answer is yes the dealer or if you lucky maybe on ebay as spare parts. If plan on never swaping your console again, i would just get some 3m automotive glue and just glue it on.

 

no dont glue it on. jus cut thin strips of 3m double stick tape and forget about it.

 

That was going to be my suggestion, double sided tape, that way it will stick, but you could still remove it if you had to.
