Just tint the back windows with 15% because they won't notice the back. I know in New Hampshire you can only have 35% in the back and nothing in the front. My brother had 35% all the way around and he got pulled over and couldn't pass inspection. He also had another car with 5% in the back and never got pulled over once. I don't think cops care about the back as long as they can see the driver but if you ask me, Maine has the most reasonable tint rule: Any darkness in the back and 35% in the front

 

In CA its anything on the back windows and I think 70% max on the fronts. However im not a huge fan of the different tint for different areas so I would most likely go 35 all around or something similar.
