Need coilover help/opinions

Hey guys I've got an 04 g35 coupe. I am looking to buy coilovers but have a few questions. Im looking for a set that has a slightly agressive spring rate and allows me to have a good drop so I can perfect my stance. Also what are you guys doing for the rears? Helper spring or eliminating it??? Help me out.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
You might want to spend some time reading through the Suspension section for this info. Here's a good start: https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-...ew-thread.html

I've talked to a few vendors, namely Stillen and S&R Performance, and both suggest springs/shocks over coilovers if you're not tracking the car.

Specifically the Eibach Pro Kit for an inch drop and Tokico Premium Blue shocks/struts combo.

Much cheaper.

I've been on tokico blues and a pro kit for a couple years now. I've had coils on my 240 but my main question is wether to go with a true coilover or go with an oem style with the helper spring. The car is being tracked regularly.
