whining/whistling

Sorry if this has been on before i googled first and didnt find shat i was looking for. In the last couple days ive noticed a whining/ whistling noise coming from the engine bay. Its somewhat subtle but radio off n windows down you can hear it pretty easy. Ive checked the fan which i learned from googling may be the problem but it seems fine

And on a side not i just installed my zube and jwt popcharger a few days before i noticed the noise. Thats prob where the change came from but i didnt notice it right away.

Any ideas or cause for concern thanks for the help

That's your pop charger sir... from what i understood when i bought mine. That's pretty much the only thing you get from it is noise. No noticeable gains over the stock air box.
