Gear grinds at start-up?

When i start my car, 1st gear and reverse grind when i try and drive unless i let it warm up for a bit. I cant feel it in the shifter, i can just hear like a rattle when im letting the clutch out. Does this mean its time for a tranny/ clutch fluid change?

i think its just natural for our trannies since there sycnros are heavier compared to other trannies. but i did notice if you switch to oem fluid the notice is reduced a bit and its easier to go into gear during cold starts but doesn't eliminate the sound.

So a tranny fluid change would help but won't eliminate the sound.

I'll back this up. Some days I get this exact rattle, others I don't. It definitely goes away after the car warms up. On the worst days, I actually feel it in the clutch pedal. It does not seem to be indicative of significant wear.
