CantDieLS's New 05 Progression
^^ mine arent brembos anymore they are akebonos. They came purple.
Strafe painted his akebonos the same color as his widebody... they were for sale as of a few weeks ago but hit them up and ask what the paint code was that they used.

I have the xxrs too, are those 20s? Did you need to cut your lugs to fit the spacer in the rear? I'm planning on getting the akebonos as soon as my brakes go bad. Any other clearance issues? How much are you dropped?
make sure you roll your fenders. Right now im at winter height... only dropped like 3/4"
im going to lower it in 2 weeks.
They say whenever you change the offset or spacing by more than 5mm you should get an alignment. Although when just adding a spacer i have never personally gotten an alignment for that reason alone (running up to 20mm at one time)
They require no extra modification except if the spacer is larger than 10mm you will need extended studs. Most new versions of spacers will come with new studs already pressed in, so for most applications you just take the wheel off, put spacer on, bolt it down with lug nuts, put wheel on and bolt it down with more lug nuts.
The only other thing to look out for is if your wheel offsets are high and the wheel is "sunk" when you add the spacer you might hit your fender so i am a big advocate of rolling the fender
hope this helps

I have 6 pairs of spacers lol, different brands and different thicknesses. 0 issues so far.
As for your question of cutting studs... the only reason people would do that is bc the back of the wheel doesnt have cut outs (not technical term lol). Like this vvv

However, most wheels are made like this vvv allowing room for those studs to fit without issue.

275/35/20 in the back
but I just got in 225s for the front to stretch them a bit.
as for how low... not 100% sure. In those pics i am at winter height, i dont scrape anywhere. id say its dropped 3/4" but it will be lower by the end of the month.
