Huge mark on my hood

I'm unsure how to take care of this.. While detailing the G, I had a friend help me wet sand deep scratches through out my car and repair them after each one, then up until we had just about finished, we got distracted and and he lost focus on the last bit and wet sanded a lil longer than required.

Now I have this gray blob on my hood. Smh.

Would a shop take care of this or something? how much would it be? I'm quite the noob at paint discussions .

Your hood will have to be sprayed.

Looks like it might be the scratch they were working on.

****... I wouldn't of wet sanded the car at all to be honest, but you'll probably have to paint that spot over.. sanded through everythingggg
