Nissan Intelli Key for G35 ?

Im still trying to complete my JDM conversion of my G35. I want to know if a Nissan key with smart chip is compatible with the G35 ?

The Nissan transponder keys I used had a different part number (H0564-5Z010). Don't know if the key listed in that link is a replacement part number or not.
