I wouldn't have a problem buying it. Fresh water isn't as bad as salt water. I'd take the engine apart and build it for my personal car. Then use the rest of the car for parts. I would just hate to get it home and find there is a rod punched through the block due to a possible hydrolock. I doubt if I made the 8 hour round trip that I would even be able to tell if there is a hole due to the car being on the ground and the engine bay being so stuffed full. It would be nice if I could get in touch with the previous owner to see what he/she may know about it.

Well id still buy it...
Tail lights, headlights, Wheels look like Radarwerks, You could easily part out $3k.
Plus still have engine, and a parts car, and $2k worth of rims.
Again, RB26's arnt expensive, and all the custom Fabbing work has been done. wiring harness even if it got wet, is prob still good. For engine swap, you can take apart engine, clean it, buy a new block for -$2k, and an ecu :P
I dunno, Id buy this for $5k if there was an easy way to get it to Canada lol.
