Best way to improve handling on a budget

I'm currently satisfied with the exterior of the car with all the tasteful mods I've done so far. Now I'm focusing on handling/cornering. After I pull the trigger on the MD exhaust I will have 400-600(maybe more) left that I want to spend on handling/cornering. I have front strut bar in mind so far. I'm already dropped on Tanabe Pro 5 and with high performance tires. What should I look to get? I need the most bang for my buck

Sway bars for sure. Strut bar doesn't do anything specially on stock suspension other than lookin good.

As noted, sway bars. I would then upgrade the supporting suspension components such as end links and replace all the worn bushings. What kind of tires do you have? Current alignment settings? Have you read the suspension 101 thread on my350z?

I had worn control arm bushings and upgraded to premium lower control arm bushing. All other components besides inner tie rods are stock. I'll focus on the sway bars first.

For that price I would just get motor dynes from eBay. I believe it does come with the needed bushings

Sways are your best option, Motordyne or Stillen since they're both adjustable. A way to make them even better is to include SPL adjustable endlinks which will really tighten your cornering down. OE endlinks are super weak and will break under pressure, not good!

Sways gave my G an overall tighter feel throughout the turns. Really helped in the canyons.

All suspension mods are moot without good tires and tire pressures. Michelin Pilot Sports coming soon for me.

Another thing that is overlooked is the bushings and endlinks. My rear end also felt more solid with solid SPL differential bushings, believe it or not, since the main diff bushing wore out. Pretty common on G's and Z's. Surprised with the difference. Check for black fluid running down the rear differential.

Don't forget an alignment.

Don't think anyone here has mentioned them yet, but check out Hotchkis sways. They're in your budget range as well as being four-position adjustable up front and three-position adjustable in the rear.
