Oem navigation

i was wondering if i can keep my oem navigation yet buy a aftermarket radio without losing my navi voice, is there a way to this or is it just cheaper to get an aftermarket radio with navi, i guess i can still benefit from my oem screen with the maintenance stats?

Sorry to prank your thread Ace....did you mean the maps in my glove box? I've been navigating with those all over America since I learned to read.... Why not ask this question over on audio?
