Courtesy of our friend Boones, here is some video of the Speedventures outing, blue group, on December 17th.
At 12 minutes is a black vette spinning off track right on my nose. Some nice action with NSX, Viper, S2K, Porsche, Vette...plenty of nice cars. This group is pass with a "point by" anywhere on the track, and most of the drivers are more experienced and much better than I am, so learning a lot, going faster, and trying not to hold anyone up. One shot of a full race prepared JGTC porsche who was out there practicing with us, ripping by us all. And yes, the track prepped vipers were going through that banked oval turn much faster...about 145 to my 125-130! Enjoy.

hey if you dont mind im gonna post a link to this page in the racing forum for altimas.net.. there are quite a few racers there and im sure they'd appreciate seeing a vq at the track.. hehe dont worry i'll put in a good word for you let me know if you have a problem with this.

 

It was just a scheduled track day for HPDE with Speedventures. They go to tracks up and down the state, and I am sure your friends could go anytime they want to. Check out www.speedventures.net for their schedule for this year.
