I placed an order on carcustomz.com for a set of gt-r style tail light tint on 4-25-12 and still got nothing back from them except for an order conformation email. I waited patiently for a week or more before i started to worry. I checked my order status on their website and to this day it still has a status of "pending". Although i didn't yet get billed i have sent them several emails requesting information about the placed order and then a final one to cancel the order and have received no response AND my order is still up on their website. They may be a reputable company, but I was just wanting to share my experience so others won't be waiting and waiting for their product.

Yes that would work, but come to find out they don't have a number or an address on their website. I thought that seemed a little fishy the first time i emailed them after i placed the order.
