New head unit issues

I had an alpine ___ installed less than 12 hours ago in stock Bose system. I have lost ALL bass (stock subs) and I do mean all. Stock HU with cassette was better than this bull $hit. The alpine (will give exact # I'm the morning) is not working with the back USB as well. Recommendations? I will be taking the car back tomorrow, as it is rediculous I had better sound with the stock unit

Am I the only one or any recommendations on what to tell the installers to do (it was his first Infiniti)

after I installed my DD, I had a very poor sound quality. After some research, I was told that the bose system is not compatible with my Eclipse DD and so I ended up changing all the speakers, added two alpine pdx amps (one for the speakers and one for the JL sub), added a 12' JL audio sub and rewired everything. Then I noticed the difference between a bose and my current set up. No matter how loud, the sound stay clear. BUT it will cost you big $

I used to be a car audio installer and my initial guess is they did not hook up the amp turn on wire. this would be the blue/white wire that needs to go to the blue wire on the nissan harness. I have never run across a nissan with bose that needed an amp bypass which is what your alternative is!

I do not want to spen more money on the car that I'm going to be selling. I'll take it back tomorrow and have them find out if they connected it.
